When I work in groups I mostly am the one who is making sure everyone is on task because normally I am in a groups with boys so I am used to doing most of the work. I never mind because it soothes me and makes me feel comfortable knowing that things are going my way. This year is very different though, because almost every girl has also had the position that I  used to have so then everyone wants to be the one doing the work and making sure that everything is going my way and that everything is going smoothly. So this year it is kind of different for me to not to be doing anything and just letting other people do the work. I sometimes like to work with my friends. The pros of that is that when you are with your friends they don't really get on your nerves as easily and normally you are having fun and you all work together and if you like need to do it at home it won't be as awkward when you are at someone else's house. The only problem with that is almost most of my friends take the leader role as well and it just gets complicated because then everyone has different ideas and everyone wants to be in charge and then sometimes people get really upset over it and it turns into this big scene. When there is a problem in a group and it I am in the group but not apart of the problem I am normally the one trying to solve it. A couple things that do work are you can tell them that everyone gets to help out and no one should be bossing people around. When I am in the problem I am not a happy camper. I don't like when people come up to me and ask why I am mad at a person. The worst thing about me being in the group and apart of the problem is that I just kind of give up and say that I don't care and I separate myself from the group and just go with what I am given. When someone else is putting other people down and not listening to what I have to say or what anyone has to say I am normally the one that speaks up. I say that they are not the boss of everyone and that everyone should have a chance to say something and put ideas into what we are doing. The pst difficult situation that has happened in a group before was when I was took the leadership role and then someone who was absent for a week was also in the group then when they came back they were trying to be in charge even though they didn't know what was going on. The teacher even said that I was the one in charge and that they could help but since they weren't there it wasn't there place. But they kept on trying. The best group was when everyone let me do all the work and they didn't care what I made them say.
